Quenten has over 20 years of Agronomy experience having worked in many diverse regions of the WA grainbelt from Morawa in the Northern Ag Region, Lake Grace in the Lakes District and currently Esperance in the South East.
Quenten is an agronomy consultant based in the Esperance office and services the local region, and is a Director of Precision Agronomics Australia.

Frank D’Emden’s career in agriculture began at an early age working as a farmhand on a broadacre farm in the Esperance district. After graduating with a Science degree with honours in Natural Resource Management in 2000 and a Masters of Agriculture Science in 2005 (both from the University of Western Australia), Frank worked for the Department of Agriculture and Food WA from 2006 to 2009, joining Precision Agronomics Australia in October 2009.
Frank’s role as Technology Development Manager involves undertaking research and development in all aspects of precision agriculture, with a focus on using EM and gamma data to create high-resolution soil and prescription maps for variable rate applications. Frank also leads a number of R&D projects in conjunction with government agencies and grower-funded organisations. Frank is also a committee member of SPAA Precision Agriculture Australia.

Nick has over fifteen years of experience in the agricultural machinery sector – spanning Contractor, Machinery Dealer and Machinery Company levels. Prior to this, he attained Technical Diesel Trade Qualifications and field experience in South Africa. This background, with a heavy product support focus, lends itself to providing the highest level of technical expertise for your product development, data management and precision agriculture needs.

David grew up on a farm near Quairading, joining the PAA team in 2009 after graduating with a Bachelor of Agribusiness at Muresk Institute in Northam. David specialises in all types of precision ag software and hardware and also installs soil moisture probes and automatic weather stations.

Aidan Sinnott – Operations Manager
Aidan started with PAA in November 2012 in the role of Operations Manager. He completed his Analytical Science degree at Dublin City University in 2004 and relocated to Esperance in 2009. Since then, Aidan has been working mainly in the grains sector, working for wheat breeding company Australian Grain Technologies between 2010 and 2012, conducting extensive variety trials around the Wheatbelt. Aidan also worked as a Technical Officer for the Barley and Wheat Agronomy teams in DAFWA Esperance between 2012 and 2013.
Aidan manages the EM and gamma radiometric survey logistics and the flow of geophysical, yield, biomass and soil data from the paddock back to our clients.

Nicky Tesoriero – Graduate Agronomist
Nicky grew up on mixed farming properties in South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. She graduated from the University of New England in 2014 with a Bachelor of Rural Science with honours and started with PAA in January 2015. Nicky is training as an agronomist, while also being involved with farming systems research projects and development of new precision agriculture technologies. Nicky was awarded the SPAA Precision Agriculture Studies Prize in 2014.
